Every tier includes the same feature set. The only difference is how many endpoints you can enroll. Subscription keys are validated locally, so no internet connection is required.
Servers running the HiFi Print appliance do not count toward the endpoint total. Upgrades mid-term are prorated.

Pricing questions
How is the subscription enforced?＋
Subscription keys are HMAC-SHA256 signed and validated locally on your server, so no internet connection or phone-home is required. Print operations are never disabled by subscription state — only administrative console access is gated, and only after a grace period.
Can I upgrade tiers mid-year?＋
Yes. Upgrades are prorated. Email sales@hifiprint.com with your current key and we'll issue a new one for the higher endpoint cap.
Do I get updates during the term?＋
Yes. All tiers include updates and support for the full subscription year. Renew annually to continue receiving them.
What counts as an endpoint?＋
Any Windows 10 or 11 machine running the HiFi Print agent. The appliance itself does not count toward the endpoint total.
