How is the subscription enforced?＋
Subscription keys are HMAC-SHA256 signed and validated locally on your server. No internet connection or phone-home is required at any point — fully air-gap compatible.
Can I upgrade tiers mid-year?＋
Yes. Upgrades are prorated. Email sales@hifiprint.com with your current key and we'll issue a new one for the higher endpoint cap.
Do I get free updates?＋
All tiers include all updates for the full subscription year. Renew annually to keep receiving updates and support.
What counts as an endpoint?＋
Any Windows 10/11 machine running the HiFi Print agent. Servers running the HiFi Print server software do not count toward the endpoint total.
